Pastoral Support
At Sandbach College we pride ourselves in providing a safe and supportive environment where you can thrive as a student.
All students have a form tutor who will get to know you well and support you in facing the challenges of Sixth Form study.
We are also proud to have a full time Sixth Form Pastoral Assistant, Mrs Cliff, who works closely with individual students, providing one-to-one support, advice and signposting to external agencies including support with mental health.
We have an open-door policy in the Sixth Form office, and you can always come and talk to one of the College team. All students at Sandbach College have a trusted adult, whether this be their form tutor, a subject teacher, pastoral assistant or any member of staff they feel comfortable talking to.
Students with additional learning needs will be fully supported by the SEND team, just as students in Main School are.
