Where can I find help outside of the college day?

There are times outside of college hours when help is needed, be that for yourself, a parent/carer, loved one, friend or even a stranger.

Here are a few sources of support, in addition there is a comprehensive list of sources of information, help, support and advice which may be useful if such a situation arises.

https://www.ceop.police.uk/Safety-Centre/ Online safety centre for reporting concerns around sexual abuse and exploitation, both online and offline and providing advice and support for both young people and parents / carers.

Change Grow Live Service providing advice and support for students or parents / carers concerned about alcohol or drug abuse
The Mix - Agency offering counselling, support and advice for young people on range of issues including mental and physical health.
Safeline - a specialist charity that works to prevent sexual violence and abuse and support those affected to cope and recover.
